Homo Faber Biennial, the international celebration of contemporary craftsmanship, will return to Venice, Italy, for a fourth edition next autumn, held once again in the historic buildings and grounds of San Giorgio Maggiore island in partnership with Fondazione Giorgio Cini, from 1 to 30 September 2026.

Under Es Devlin's artistic direction, one of the most luminous British artists and designer of her generation, Homo Faber 2026: An Island of Light will explore the fundamental relationship between light, materials and the human hand, creating a profound, deeply thought-provoking experience.
